Acceptance of Terms

Account Suspension and Termination

3digits reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, if it determines that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is detrimental to the platform or its users. Upon termination of an account, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Any account balances that are subject to active investigations or suspected fraud may be withheld pending the outcome of such investigations.
